The I-O Corporation Win10 IPDS/SCS Print Server Gateway is a high speed Ethernet-in, Ethernet-out IPDS/SCS gateway print server designed to enable IPDS printing on  network attached Laser Printers, Copiers and MFPs. The Win10 Print Server Gateway can be initially ordered with support from 1 to 20 printers, and delivers IBM IPDS printing and SCS printing over IP, providing the control and printer feedback found in an IBM host environment.  When additional printer support is needed, it is simply upgraded via a new license code.

High Speed Printing

The Adaptio IPDS/SCS Win10 Print Server Gateway is a high-speed network attachable print server gateway designed to convert native IBM IPDS host print jobs to PCL, or host SCS jobs to Epson, Pro-printer, or generic printer emulations, allowing host jobs to be printed by laser, dot-matrix or label printers on an Ethernet Network. Supporting up to 20 printers, the Win10 Print Server Gateway delivers IBM Host IPDS printing and SCS printing via your existing network and it provides the printer feedback found in native IBM host environments.

The Win10 Print Server Gateway is an "appliance" with I-O's Adaptio IPDS software pre-installed on a Windows 10 Pro (64 bit) platform. It supports Wake on Lan and Auto power on.  As a stand-alone device, the Win10 Gateway is easily accessible via RDP for setup and configuration changes. It supports Windows 10 updates, password protection and Windows security features for added security.

The Win10 Gateway can be purchased to support from 1 to 20 printer sessions based on your IPDS printing or SCS printing needs. The Win10 Gateway is field upgradable for adding additional printer sessions as your printing need grow for up to a total of 20 printers per Win10 Gateway.

High Speed Printing, up to 250 ppm	Data conversion is accomplished at the Win10 Gateway and sent to the printer via the Ethernet Network. The Win10 Adaptio Gateway takes advantage of high-speed, high-performance printers.
Supports up to 20 Network Attached Printers	Up to twenty (20) printers can be configured as IPDS and/or SCS virtual printers.
IPDS & SCS Printing	IBM host printing to network attached printers. Laser Printers/Copiers/MFPs can be configured as IPDS or SCS Printers.  Dot-matrix and label printers are configured as SCS Printers.
Full IBM Host Control of Print Jobs	The Win10 Gateway provides a bi-directional communication between the host and the printer, via port 9100 and PJL commands.
Remote Printing	The printers can be attached locally or remotely via a WAN or VPN network. Printers do not need to be directly attached or physically next to the Win10 Gateway.
One USB Port	One laser or dot-matrix printer can be directly attached to the Win10 Gateway for IBM host print jobs.
I-O's Award Winning Printer Emulations	All IPDS and SCS functions such as True Print Complete, IPDS and SCS Duplex, Page Offset, COR, Fonts, Barcode, are fully supported by the Win10 Gateway.
