Returns & Refunds
Please contact us at 1-908-855-8100 regarding the returns of
products.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your
purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged
packaging.

Printers: Matrix Line Printers, Matrix Desktop Printers, Laser Printers
Printer Supplies: Printer Ribbons, Toner Cartridges, Ink Cartridges,
etc.

To complete your return, you must contact Twin Data Corporation via
telephone at 1-908-855-8100.
You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) with
instructions on where to ship the return. Please do not send your
purchase back to the manufacturer without an assigned RMA#.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
(if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned in other than original condition packaging.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund or if any restocking fee
will be charged.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items
cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you should ship your product to the return
address provided with the RMA# using the format shown below.
Use a shipping method that provides a tracking number such as DHL,
Federal Express, UPS, or the US Postal Service Priority Mail. If you are
shipping an item over $75.00 please purchase shipping insurance in the
amount of the purchase price.
Any products to be returned directly to Twin Data Corporation
will be specified when the Return Authorization information is sent to
you and will use the following "ship to" address:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the
original cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your
refund.
If the item is returned to an incorrect address, the
additional cost of having the returned item shipped to the correct
address will be deducted from the refund. An example of this is
returning the item to Twin Data Corporation when the "ship to" address
on the Return Authorization is to a different location.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your
exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it
does not have a tracking number.
