Overview
The
I-O
XIP+7D Twinax Controller
connects IBM and IBM compatible
Twinax display stations and printers to an AS400-iSeries-System
i host
via TCP/IP over an Ethernet LAN.
The
Xip+7
supports 7 Twinax Devices/Address and has 1 Twinax Host
Port (that can be increased to 2 with the optional Twinax Port Splitter).
Other models
support from
1 Twinax
Printer to 42 Twinax
Devices/Addresses. It is
the ideal
solution for those who are migrating
to new IBM Power7 or Power8s or any AS/400-iSeries to any Ethernet environment.
