Overview

The PR165 is a universal External Parallel to Twinax Printer Interface with firmware resident bar codes and large characters.

You can connect ANY printer with a parallel interface to your iSeries AS/400 and Advanced Series/36 (AS/236/436). Whether it be a matrix printer, laser printer, label printer or card printer, the PR165 will let you use it as native Twinax printer.

Your printer will be able to emulate IBM 5256, 5224, 5225, 4214, 4234/2, 5219/D1 and 3812/1 printers.

Support for continuous forms, 3 drawers, envelope, manual feeders, simplex/duplex, auto page orientation, and COR (Computer Output Reduction).
